MY STORY

Tony is a passionate and talented restaurateur with nearly 20 years of experience. He has a deep passion for food and restaurants that began at a young age, when he used to roll spring rolls in the kitchen of a local Asian restaurant as a 10-year-old.

After moving to Norway at the age of 20 to pursue a career in the industry, Tony started out as a waiter and eventually worked his way up to becoming a General Manager. His extensive experience has given him a thorough understanding of restaurant management and a talent for innovative thinking.

 

At just 25 years old, Tony was given the opportunity to open his own restaurant, which he successfully launched together with his closest friends. Since then, he has participated in three additional restaurant openings. Tony's profound knowledge and love for the industry and food in general, have been the driving forces behind his impressive career success.
